Job summary

UG2 LLC is seeking a Janitorial Night Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the janitorial department, ensuring top cleanliness and safety across campus facilities. You will recruit, schedule, and train staff, with night/weekend/holiday work as needed. Reports to account managers and helps manage supplies and budgeting.

The role requires supervising large teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and maintaining equipment and inventories in a fast-paced campus environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing janitorial teams in large facilities.
• Ability to plan, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with facility management systems and safety standards.
• Experience supervising 15+ employees.
• Strong budget management and vendor coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day janitorial operations during scheduled shift.
• Direct team to meet satisfaction of students, faculty, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance to meet established standards.
• Coordinate supplies, inventory, and restocking processes.
• Inspect lecture halls and event spaces before and after events.
• Maintain department budget.
• Uphold highest cleanliness, safety, and conduct standards.
• Apply OSHA knowledge within the department.
• Establish and maintain department work schedules.
• Ensure proper operation of janitorial equipment.
• Ensure work aligns with UG2 SOPs and Work Instructions.
