UG2 is seeking a Janitorial Night Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the janitorial department, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards. The role involves staff recruitment, scheduling, and training, with potential night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a janitorial team in a large facility, strong budget management, and excellent communication skills to serve students, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a janitorial team in a large facility is required.
• Ability to anticipate needs, shift goals, and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in facility management systems and janitorial processes.
• Experience supervising 15+ employees and managing budgets.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day janitorial activities during the shift.
• Plan and direct team members to meet student, faculty, and stakeholder needs.
• Monitor performance to meet established standards.
• Coordinate supplies, inventory, and procurement with managers.
• Inspect facilities before/after events and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain department budget and ensure SOPs are followed.
