Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking an Environmental Services team member for overnight shifts to keep casino facilities clean and safe. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods, with duties across lobbies, restrooms, offices, and outlets.

You will train, schedule, and assign tasks, participate in inspections and meetings, and support team performance reviews. Must be 21+, with a 1-year EVS background and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of EVS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be responsible for one or more EVS work crews.
• Assist in training, scheduling, and updating station assignments for team members.
• Maintain key control and attend leader shift and department meetings.
• Aid in team evaluations and performance reviews.
• Inspect and submit inspections for property lobbies, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, food/beverage outlets, and all back of house.
• Communicate and delegate tasks and problem solve effectively with all guests, team members, and managers.
• Able to stand for the duration of your shift and assist guests; lift up to 40 pounds.
