Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking Event Staff for stadium operations at Acrisure Stadium. This part-time role features overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am with flexible scheduling.

You will welcome guests, scan tickets, guide foot traffic and help maintain clean, safe venues while delivering excellent customer service. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Pass background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test; may require Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry, may collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic.
• Understands policies of venues, facilities and events.
• Greets guests warmly and thanks them as they arrive and depart.
• Provides directions and suggestions to enhance guests' entertainment experience.
• Interacts with guests with a smile and friendly tone.
