Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Veterinary Technician (Overnight/Swing) at the Animal Emergency Clinic O'Fallon to provide high-quality patient care and outstanding service to clients. The role includes triage, exams, anesthesia support, radiology, and medical record maintenance.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Greet patients and owners, record weight and vitals.
• Triage, perform physical exams, treatments, and administer medications as directed.
• Assist doctors and technicians with medications or restraints.
• Perform lab tests and take radiographs.
• Maintain medical records and hospital equipment.
