BluePearl Pet Hospital in Lafayette, CO is seeking an Overnight Certified Veterinary Technician to join our fast paced emergency department. You will provide nursing care, monitor patients, and assist veterinarians with complex cases and surgical emergencies.

The role requires a licensed CVT and experience as a veterinary technician, with a paid pay band and additional differential for nights and weekends. Benefits support professional growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Emergency experience preferred.
• Experience as a Veterinary Technician required.
• Certified/Licensed Technician required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level nursing care and patient monitoring.
• Obtain vitals (temperature, heart rate, resp. rate, blood pressure).
• Assist with outpatient and inpatient treatment plans.
• Perform phlebotomy and place IV catheters.
• Administer SQ, IM and IV injections as needed.
• Assist in surgical procedures and emergencies.
• Maintain kennels and instrument sterility; support client service.
