Timberline Veterinary Emergency and Specialty (TVES) in Seattle, WA is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) for the overnight ER team. You will deliver high‑level emergency and specialty care, triage incoming patients, administer medications, and collaborate closely with veterinarians and staff.

The role emphasizes anesthesia in addition to ER duties, strong teamwork, and a commitment to teaching others in a private, employee‑owned hospital culture.

Qualifications

• WA State LVT license is required.
• Anesthesia skills in addition to ER skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage and pre-exam of incoming emergency patients.
• Perform treatments and administer medications.
• Fill prescriptions and perform laboratory testing.
• Anesthetize and monitor patients for outpatient and OR procedures as needed.
• Monitor and care for critical and hospitalized patients.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients.
• Collaborate with attending doctors and team members.
• Uphold patient safety protocols and PEAK Principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized hospital environment for the next shift.
