Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Baltimore is seeking an Overnight Engineer to perform service and repairs on hotel equipment, including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, and HVAC refrigeration systems. The role involves responding to guest requests and emergencies, with a focus on proactive maintenance and safe, professional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs to hotel equipment across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and related systems.
• Respond to maintenance inquiries and problems in a courteous and professional manner to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Address guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and public areas; respond to emergencies such as fires or power failures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep logs and organized departments for Engineering.
• This is an overnight position.

The role of the Overnight Engineer

Provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs. Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.

Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner. Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc. Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.

This an overnight position.
