Job summary

Restart, Inc. is a Minnesota-based nonprofit dedicated to housing with services and independent living skills for individuals with brain injuries. The DSP will support clients in Minneapolis homes on a 7 days on/7 days off schedule, from 10pm to 6am, providing compassionate care and daily living assistance.

The role offers training, opportunities to build lasting client relationships, and a full benefit package across seven private homes in the Greater Minneapolis Area.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for disabled adults.
• Ability to work night shifts, 10pm–6am.
• Willingness to be flexible across sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in private homes for adults with brain injuries.
• Support daily living activities and rehabilitation goals.
• Coordinate care across multiple home sites in the Minneapolis area.

Our mission is to empower clients by teaching them strategies for daily living and facilitating their reentry into the community.

Restart, Inc. is a Non Profit Company serving Individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) requiring minimal personal cares.

We are looking for a DSP professional who can support our growing needs. Specifically, this position would work out of one of our homes in Minneapolis Minnesota. This position works 7 days on 7 days off 10pm-6am

Do you have experience caring for adults with disabilities, especially those who have sustained traumatic brain injury (TBI), and who are working to rebuild their lives?
