Job summary

Seasons Adult Foster Care L.L.C is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with disabilities in a residential setting. You will help with daily living activities, behavior support, and life-skills development.

We offer Full and Part-Time Day and Evening shifts, with weekend and holiday requirements as needed. Strong teamwork and calm, professional conduct are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study and pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation accurately.
• Ability to follow state and company policies, including 245D requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with daily living activities, including personal care
• Administer medications according to established procedures
• Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
• Support individuals in developing and maintaining life skills
• Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities
• Implement behavior support strategies and respond calmly to challenging situations
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Follow all care plans, policies, and state regulations
• Collaborate with team members, including supervisors and healthcare professionals

Position Summary

We are seeking Full and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with disabilities, chronic mental illness, and/or traumatic brain injuries in a residential setting. This role focuses on helping individuals live as independently as possible through daily care, skill-building, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with daily living activities, including personal care
• Administer medications according to established procedures
• Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
• Support individuals in developing and maintaining life skills
• Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities
• Implement behavior support strategies and respond calmly to challenging situations
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Follow all care plans, policies, and state regulations
• Collaborate with team members, including supervisors and healthcare professionals

Schedule Requirements

• Full and Part-time positions available
• Day (7AM-7PM and 9AM-9PM) and Evening (3PM-7PM and 3PM-9PM) shifts available!
• Must be available to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
