Job summary

Join Crest Services as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and traumatic brain injuries lead fuller lives. This is a part-time role with a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour and a flexible schedule.

You'll assist residents with daily activities, monitor health and safety, and collaborate with a compassionate care team. Requirements include being 21+, a valid driver's license, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset.
• Experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
• Monitor and report changes in behavior or health
• Help with transportation to appointments or activities
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care
