Job summary

Almost Family – Roseburg in Roseburg, OR is seeking an Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals with I/DD live independently and with dignity. Pay is $20-$24 per hour, paid biweekly, with a hiring bonus and paid training.

Flexible schedules are available, and a supportive, patient team provides ongoing guidance. As a DSP, you’ll assist with ADLs, transportation, community activities, and documentation while upholding confidentiality and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting individuals with I/DD preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work weekends is required.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide attendant care and relief care.
• Assist clients to participate in community activities and events.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and errands.
• Support household tasks and home management.
• Document accurately and follow care plans.
