Dungarvin Supported Living (formerly Aacres) is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver for the overnight shift 11p-7a. This full-time role provides direct, on-site support to individuals with IDD and/or complex medical needs.

The position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a national provider. The DSP is responsible for delivering hands-on instruction, daily living assistance, and person-centered care to residents.

Responsibilities

• Enrich and support the lives of residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment
• Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care
• Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices
• Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed
• Other duties as assigned
