Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with downstream processing and chromatography systems.
• Ability to read/write procedures and document records accurately.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work a 4/3 overnight schedule as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production steps and monitor batch parameters with GDP/GMP paperwork.
• Train and coach team members; act as SME for equipment as needed.
• Lead investigations and deviations, and revise batch records when required.
• Support maintenance of training records and ensure proper handoffs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and support audits and events.
