The position covers Wed-Sat day shifts (4/3 day shift, 6a-6:30p) and requires a high school diploma or higher with 1+ years in biotech or related fields; associate degree or biotech certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1+ year related experience; biotech certificate preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions and have good verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing process equipment for production steps.
• Maintain batch parameters and GDP/GMP documentation.
• Train other team members and participate in department meetings.
• Assist in stocking and distributing supplies to production area.
• Troubleshoot process issues and assist with alarms and events.
