Job summary

Rentschler Biopharma Inc. in Milford, MA is seeking a Biologics Manufacturing Operator to perform upstream and downstream processing in a CGMP environment. You will work on cell culture and purification steps, operate process equipment, and help maintain strict aseptic conditions.

The role requires attention to batch parameters, documentation, and compliance with GDP/GMP guidelines. Day shift 4/3 Pitman schedule, Sun-Wed, 6am–6:30pm, with potential overtime and weekend work as production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 7+ years of related experience or associate degree in Life Sciences/Engineering; Biotech Certificate preferred.
• With Bachelor’s degree: 4+ years of related experience; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing process equipment per procedures and batch records.
• Maintain GDP/GMP compliance and accurate data entry.
• Assist in training and cross‑functional coordination.
• Troubleshoot process issues and support continuous improvement.
