Job summary

Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Downstream Biologics Manufacturing Associate III to support biologics manufacturing and purification in a cGMP environment. This hands-on role focuses on TFF, chromatography, monoclonal antibody purification, and disposable manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform downstream biologics manufacturing and purification activities in accordance with cGMP requirements.
• Operate chromatography and purification equipment, including ÄKTA Ready, ÄKTA Process, and XDUO buffer systems.
• Execute TFF, chromatography, and buffer preparation activities.
• Work with disposable manufacturing technologies.
• Troubleshoot downstream manufacturing equipment and process issues.
• Support investigations, train operators, and provide operational leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in GMP downstream biologics manufacturing.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)

• Estimated hourly range: $35–$41/hr (W-2), plus the stated 5% differential.
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
