Fresquez Inc. partners with Dunkin' to hire an Overnight Donut Baker/Cashier who will start at 2:00 AM and help prepare fresh donuts and bakery items for guests each morning. You will also provide friendly customer service, handle transactions, and ensure orders are accurate and the display areas are well stocked.

The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards while contributing to a positive guest experience at opening time.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, helpful attitude and work well with others.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Must communicate clearly with managers and team members.
• Follow directions and ask questions for clarification when needed.

Responsibilities

• Bake, decorate, and prepare fresh donuts and bakery items to Dunkin' standards.
• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders, prepare beverages, and assemble items accurately.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment and stock items.
• Help prep for the morning rush and follow recipes and food safety standards.
