GPM Investments, LLC's Dunkin' Donuts location is seeking an Overnight Baker/Finisher to work the 9pm–7am shift, bake donuts and desserts, and ensure product readiness for the morning rush.

You will glaze, fill, decorate, and maintain quality, manage inventory, and keep the area clean while following safety guidelines. This full-time role offers weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and available for overnight hours.
• Fluent in English reading, writing, speaking.
• Basic math skills for recipe and inventory accuracy.
• Capable of safely operating restaurant equipment during night shift.

Responsibilities

• Midnight Baker: bake donuts, bagels, and treats for morning rush.
• Master of Finishing: glaze, fill, and decorate products for morning highlight.
• Guardian of Quality: uphold high Dunkin' Donuts standards for every batch.
• Inventory Night Watch: manage baking supplies for the night.
• Custodian of Cleanliness: keep the baking area clean and compliant with health and safety rules.
