Dunkin' is seeking an Overnight Baker/Finisher for our Johnson City store to operate overnight, bake donuts, bagels, and other treats, and ensure products are fresh for the morning rush.

You will glaze, fill, and decorate items, maintain a clean workspace, monitor inventory, and follow health and safety standards while collaborating with a small night crew. Fluency in English and basic math are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to follow recipes and handle basic math for measurements.

Responsibilities

• Bake donuts, bagels and other treats overnight.
• Glaze, fill and decorate products for morning service.
• Uphold Dunkin' Donuts' quality standards and safety policies.
• Manage night-time inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
• Keep the baking area clean and organized.
