Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer with clearance in Moorestown, NJ. The role focuses on unarmed patrols, customer service, and ensuring site safety at aerospace/defense locations. You will work overnights a few days a week and have the opportunity to utilize Allied Universal’s shift-claim platform.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screening may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following post orders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and incident reports.
• Communicate observations and maintenance issues to site contacts and leadership.
