Qualifications

- Customer service experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while following site policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, structured reporting.
- Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
- Monitor restricted area access and verify credentials per procedures.
- Complete daily activity reports and communicate hazards to leadership.
