Qualifications

• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A security license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense‑related location by carrying out site procedures and access protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; document observations and notify site contacts.
• Complete detailed activity and patrol reports while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive site information.
