Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft for driver scheduling.
• Experience with Windows, Excel, Word, and Access.
• 2 years in a similar role preferred.
• Map reading abilities and understanding of distribution systems.
• English reading/writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily records and memos and maintain filing system for Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Develop and update dispatch schedule daily.
• Ensure DOT hours of service compliance.
• Set up daily tractor/trailer assignments.
• Call customers to inform variances in delivery times.
• Provide timely reports to supervisor.
