Job summary

Durand INC is seeking an Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with residents in a group home setting in New Jersey. The DSP will administer medications as prescribed, coordinate meals, document health appointments, and perform clerical duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overnight shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background checks and drug testing as part of employment.
• Must submit to mandated screenings and registry checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a family-like atmosphere for residents and promote growth.
• Implement a broad curriculum teaching ADLs, self-care, and life skills.
