Schedule includes Week A & Week B with night shifts in Waterbury, CT. You are the caregiver, cheerleader, and advocate, supporting health, safety, and daily living skills while documenting care and following agency policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CT Driver's License.
• Background check required.
• CPR certification or eligible to obtain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as a DSP for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Monitor health conditions and administer medications as directed.
• Ensure safety, assist with entering/exiting vehicles, and supervise meals.
• Maintain documentation and reporting as required.
• Support daily living skills, personal hygiene, and community activities.
