Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen.
• Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening.
• Ability to pass and maintain trainings such as CPR/First Aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living activities in a residential home.
• Administer medications and help with meals and personal care.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and accompany residents on community activities.
• Support behavior plans and teach new skills to residents.
