Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time awake overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Chestnut home in Virginia, MN. The role supports adults with disabilities and mental illness, with shifts 9pm–7am and every other weekend.

No prior experience is required to start, and the program emphasizes person-centered care. Salary ranges from $18.75 to $19.25 per hour, with benefits including health/dental insurance, a 403(b) plan with employer matching, PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Post-offer background check required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check for day/evening work.
• No prior experience or certifications required to start.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and monitoring as assigned.
