Job summary

Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI) seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The Awake 3rd Shift provides overnight care, safety checks, and helps with bedtime routines to promote independence.

The role offers full- and part-time opportunities with pay ranging from $18.00 to $18.50 per hour, paid training, PTO, and a Simple IRA with company match. Call for details.

Qualifications

• No experience required — paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check (paid by RCI).
• Must pass a company physical (paid by RCI).

Responsibilities

• Awake 3rd Shift DSP performs overnight care and safety checks.
• Assist with bedtime and early-morning routines to support independence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure home environment through the night.
• Communicate overnight updates to nursing staff and morning shifts.
• Participate in mandatory ongoing training and staff meetings.
