Job summary

Fraser is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with diverse needs in group homes and apartments in Minnesota. You will work full-time or part-time, with a schedule including overnight shifts, providing personal care, ADLs, and community activities in a compassionate setting.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with meals on some shifts. Benefits include insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minnesota driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care in group homes or apartments.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor health needs.
• Support money management and budgeting tasks.
• Plan and transport clients to activities and appointments.
• Prepare meals and accommodate dietary needs as required.
• Foster community integration and participation in activities.
• Maintain a safe and caring environment for adults with diverse needs.
