Job Description

Lead Direct Care Staff willprovide spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while alsocontinually supervising students. Supervise at night & assist students (ages12yrs to17yrs) with online education & TC Curriculum when applicable. Minimumage requirement is 21yrs old. Option: full-time position.

Qualifications

• She/He shall be a person ofspiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in fullagreement with the ATCOT mission statement
• Complete the EffectiveBiblical Counseling course or an equivalent course
• Knowledge of Christiandiscipleship and mentor relationships
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ideally credentialed as anminister or pursuing credentials in the AG or doctrinally similar fellowship
• 30 hours of training inchildcare or related field (Provided by ATCOT Adolescent annual in-service)
• Maintain First Aid and CPRcertification (Certification training provided by ATCOT)
• A background check andpastoral reference is required

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or workexperience equivalence
• At least 1 year full timeministry experience
• A good driving record

Relationships

• The Lead Direct Care staff isresponsible to the Campus Coordinator and Director

Requirements

Will primarily serve as aminister to students in the Adolescent program (12yr TO 17yr old).

Responsibilities include butnot be limited to:

• Engage in religiousinstruction
• Work with other departments to comply with all TCUSA & Texas DFPS regulations
• Participate in campus eventsand chapels as required
• Supervision (following staffcheck off list responsibilities), mentoring, and interacting with residentsduring various activities, which may include but is not limited to onlineschool, TC Curriculum, work periods, free time, and recreational activities
• Administer discipline as isnecessary according to ATCOT THRIVE policies
• Minister to students asopportunity arises and/or during scheduled sessions
• Become a mentor to students
• All other duties as assigned by Director
