Job summary

Family Ties Home Care LLC is seeking caregivers in Camarillo, CA to provide overnight supervision for a dementia client, assist with grooming and breakfast, and support daily living activities.

Responsibilities include following a care plan, ADLs, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and daily notes while coordinating with family and management. Valid HCA certification and 1 year caregiving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current HCA or higher certification.
• Caregiving experience of 1 year or similar.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow the pre-set care plan and medication schedule.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow a pre-set care plan.
• Assist with standard ADLs and hygiene.
• Remind and monitor medications.
• Watch and report client well-being.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and chores.
• Cook/prepare meals.
• Communicate daily status to family and management.
• Record daily notes.
• Other duties as needed.
