Family Ties Home Care is hiring for a caregiving position in Simi Valley. The ideal candidate will assist a client in his 70s with dementia, ensuring safety and well-being during nighttime hours.

The role requires following a pre-set care plan, providing personal care, and assisting with daily activities. Strong communication skills and experience in caregiving are essential. Benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, and paid sick time.

Formación

• Current Health Care Aide certification or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience or similar.
• Ability to assist with client's mobility as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Follow pre-set care plan and assist with ADLs.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client's well-being.
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands.

Conocimientos

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to lift 35 pounds

Educación

Current HCA or higher certification

Caregiving experience of 1 year or similar experience
