Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a professional, well-groomed male caregiver for overnight non-medical in-home support in Tennessee. The role emphasizes memory care, safety supervision, personal care, and companionship with a calm, dignified approach.

The caregiver should be comfortable with dementia-related needs, sundowning, and incorporating music to create a calm environment. CPR/First Aid certification is required, with consistent 7 PM–7 AM scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven caregiving experience in home care, memory care, or similar settings.
• Ability to provide personal care confidently and respectfully.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality; overnight coverage is essential.
• Calm demeanor, patience, and sound judgment.
• Professional appearance and hygiene required.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Ability to follow a care plan and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Overnight safety supervision and alertness.
• Dementia/Alzheimer's support with calm, respectful communication.
• Personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Companionship and emotional support for client.
• Music-assisted care when appropriate to promote calm.
• Meal, hydration, and light snack support; basic housekeeping related to care.
• Documentation and communication of overnight updates to office/family.
