Job summary

Uline is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Kenosha, WI location. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service in a fast, friendly environment.

The role offers hourly pay from $27 to $32 plus a $2 shift differential, with significant growth and earning potential and comprehensive benefits after start. Training and tools support long-term career success at a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
