Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Manager to develop and execute custodial solutions for overnight-stay locations, ensuring facilities meet cleanliness and appearance standards. You will lead a unionized team, ensure regulatory safety and sanitation compliance, mentor staff, and align resources with client operations while adapting duties as needed.

This role requires experience in custodial operations and is based in locations where overnight services are provided.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in custodial operations.
Manufacturing or industrial experience is required.
1-3 years of related experience, including management.
Experience managing union team members is required.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
Determine the needs of the clients' operation and ensures that the appropriate Aramark resources are engaged.
Mentor employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.
Reward and recognize employees.
Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client's regulations
