Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Manager to lead custodial operations and supervise, train and direct custodial associates. This role reports to and supports the Custodial Manager Senior or Facility Director in achieving objectives and client expectations.

The position requires coordinating custodial and housekeeping operations, maintaining strong communication with managers and customers, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and discretion.
• Knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations.
• Leadership, interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to manage time and work under time constraints.
• Commitment to friendly, professional customer service.
• Adaptability to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations.
• Maintains communication with department managers and client partners.
• Tours and inspects the facility to ensure quality standards in custodial and housekeeping operations.
• Reviews job orders and coordinates staff, materials and equipment.
• Maintains compliance with Aramark’s and client’s standards of operation and all regulations.
• Understands departmental expenses to maintain budget conditions.
