Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Manager to develop and execute custodial solutions for overnight-stay locations, ensuring facilities meet cleanliness and appearance standards. You will lead a unionized team, ensure regulatory safety and sanitation compliance, mentor staff, and align resources with client operations while adapting duties as needed.

This role requires experience in custodial operations and is based in locations where overnight services are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is required.
• 1-3 years of related experience, including management.
• Experience managing union team members is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ensures compliance with infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Determine the needs of the clients' operation and ensures that the appropriate Aramark resources are engaged.

The Custodial Manager is responsible for developing and executing custodial solutions to meet customer needs. Carries out custodial duties in overnight-stay locations in accordance with facility standards of cleanliness and appearance.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
