Stars Behavioral Health Group seeks an Overnight Program Coordinator in Downey, CA. This role oversees overnight programming at the Crisis Residential Treatment Center, ensuring supervision, nursing care, treatment, medications and diet align with the plan.

Qualifications include an associate degree or better, LVN/LPT credentials as needed, and several years in community mental health with supervisory experience. Driver’s license required; First Aid certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with five (5) years of full-time experience in community mental health setting serving individuals with mental illness.
• Bachelor’s degree with four (4) years of full-time experience in community mental health setting serving individuals with mental illness.
• LVN or LPT with four (4) years of in community mental health setting serving individuals with mental illness.
• One (1) year supervisory experience in a mental health setting.

Responsabilités

• Implement rehabilitation program and oversee overnight programming at Crisis Residential Treatment Center.
• Ensure clients receive supervision, nursing care, treatment, medications and diet per program guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements per guidelines set by CCL, DCHS, TJC, etc.
• Provide direction and supervision to direct service staff and participate in leadership discussions.
