Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking an Overnight Program Coordinator in Sylmar, CA. This role leads overnight programming at a 16-bed crisis residential setting, ensuring supervision, nursing care, treatment, medications, and diet align with plan.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree required; LVN/LPT license if applicable.
• Field of study: Social science, psychology, social work, rehabilitation, or related area preferred.
• Experience: 5 years in community mental health with adults or youth; supervisory experience 1 year.
• License/certification: Valid CA driver’s license; First Aid certification or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight programming and supervise direct service staff.
• Ensure client supervision, nursing care, treatment, and medications per plan.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with CCL, DCHS, TJC, and related bodies.
