Job summary

Woodland Centers in Willmar, MN is seeking a temporary overnight crisis worker to deliver mental health services in residential crisis units. You will join a multidisciplinary team and provide assessment, intervention, and stabilization for adults, adolescents, and children.

Shift runs 11:00 pm–7:30 am Sunday night through Thursday night, with no weekends and a $3.50/hour shift differential. DHS requirements must be met, must be 21+, and you will work with an electronic health record system.

Qualifications

• Must meet DHS requirements for Behavioral Health Practitioner.
• Ability to pass a DHS background study.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Requires computer skills for electronic health record and data entry.
• Ability to work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, intervention, and stabilization services.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment.
• Communicate with clients, families, and outside agencies.
• Complete phone screenings with persons who are in a crisis.
• Complete unit tasks including cleaning, data entry, and filing.
