Job summary

Woodland Centers in Willmar, MN is seeking part-time nurses to provide nursing and mental health services to adults, adolescents and children in crisis units at our Willmar office. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid MN Nursing License (RN or LPN).
• Must meet DHS requirements for Behavioral Health Practitioner.
• Ability to pass a DHS background study.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Requires computer skills for electronic health record entry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health education and skills groups with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Complete health screenings, pass medications, provide health monitoring, and process provider orders.
• Communicate with clients, families, and outside agencies while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Teach individual rehabilitative skills.
