Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the floor by cross-training across deli, cafe, bakery, and cashier roles.
• Lead by example; train and support teammates to meet shift goals.
• Keep store running smoothly with clean, safe, and organized operations.
• Attend meetings, stay updated on policies, and maintain appearance and protocol.
