Job summary

QuickChek Corp in Hampton, VA is seeking energetic individuals for the overnight night crew to deliver fast, friendly service in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities include cross-training across deli, café, bakery and cashier duties; maintain safety, cleanliness, and stock; and participate in meetings while upholding appearance and uniform standards. Night shifts offer a $0.75/hour overnight differential and benefits options for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Positive, customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and accountability with overnight/3rd shift availability.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, train, and apply new skills.
• Prior cashier or food & beverage experience is a plus.

• Own the floor—cross-train across deli, café, bakery, and cashier duties, ensuring fresh food is stocked, high-quality, and prepared safely.
• Lead by example—train and support team members, keep tasks on track, and ensure shift objectives are completed efficiently.
• Keep the store running smoothly—maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment inside and out while following all cash handling, lottery, loss prevention, and fuel policies.
• Stay sharp and connected—attend meetings, stay current on policies and procedures, communicate with leadership, and uphold appearance and uniform standards.

Qualifications
