Qualifications

• Positive, customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven reliability with availability for overnight/3rd shift.
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to train and learn new skills.
• Prior cashier or food & beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring energy to the night shift and deliver fast, friendly customer service.
• Cross-train across deli, café, bakery, and cashier duties and ensure stock is fresh and safe.
• Train and support team members and keep shift tasks on track.
• Keep store clean, organized, and compliant with cash handling, lottery, loss prevention, and fuel policies.
• Attend meetings and stay updated on procedures and appearance standards.
