Shaw’s and Star Market is seeking an Overnight Crew Chief to lead a dedicated night team responsible for stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions.

You will supervise and train crew members, oversee deliveries, and ensure policies are followed while keeping shelves organized and the store clean throughout the night.

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
