Chick-fil-A is hiring Night Crew Team Members for the overnight shift (10:30pm-6:30am) to prepare, assemble, and hand out high-quality meals with speed and accuracy. You’ll work with a tight-knit team, gain kitchen operations experience, and contribute to a smooth service flow while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.

The role offers premium pay of 20% above the daytime base rate, 40 hours per week, and a range of benefits. Must be 18+ and able to lift 50 lbs.

• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.

Night Crew Team Members are responsible for preparing, assembling and handing out delicious, high-quality food with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, ensuring that every order is fulfilled following Chick-fil-A’s high standards.

You’ll work directly with a small, elite team while gaining valuable skills in teamwork, order taking, order assembly, and kitchen operations. Night Crew Team Members are essential in creating a smooth flow of service, supporting one another, and ensuring that guests receive the exceptional meals they’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.

The primary benefit of this role is premium pay of 20% ($3/hr) above the base rate of the daytime role. This position is specifically for night shift (10:30pm-6:30am), and you are required to work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday night going into the following morning. You must be 18 or older to apply.
