Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking an Overnight Team Member to support daily operations, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and assist with various kitchen stations. You will participate in training, open the restaurant, and ensure safety and organization across shifts.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, reliable, with a cheerful, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prep for daily operations.
• Stocking product on shelves and maintaining organization, including rotation, inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and perform deep cleaning as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Prepare the restaurant to open daily and perform daily machine maintenance.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; other duties as assigned.

Overnight Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prep for daily operations

• Maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and performing deep cleaning as needed
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Prepare the restaurant to open daily
• Perform daily machine maintenance
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
