Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Night Crew Team Members to support food preparation, assembly and service during the night shift. Work with a small, elite team to ensure fast, accurate orders and uphold Chick-fil-A standards.

This full-time night position runs 10:30pm–6:30am, Monday–Friday, with 40 hours per week. Night premium is 20% above the daytime base rate, starting at $18/hour, plus overtime eligibility and benefits, all while Sundays remain closed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

You’ll work directly with a small, elite team while gaining valuable skills in teamwork, order taking, order assembly, and kitchen operations. Night Crew Team Members are essential in creating a smooth flow of service, supporting one another, and ensuring that guests receive the exceptional meals they’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.

The primary benefit of this role is premium pay of 20% ($3/hr) above the base rate of the daytime role. This position is specifically for night shift (10:30pm-6:30am), and you are required to work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday night going into the following morning. You must be 18 or older to apply.
