Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours, assisting individuals with morning routines and daily living activities. You will help promote health, safety, and independence while advocating for community inclusion and engagement.

The role offers differential pay for certain positions and requires a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program and agency procedures to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations.
• Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
